Start with a real need. An assistant or simple workflow may help; an agent—or AI at all—may not be needed.
Use approved tools and fictional or approved examples. Know what must stay private and who to ask when you are unsure.
AI can sound confident and still be wrong. Practise checking its work and keeping people responsible for important decisions.
